Right to Cancel and Receive Refund

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the Eurpoean Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods and from us within 24 hours or before the order has been shipped without giving notice.

The cancellation period: Will end 24 hours from the date of purchase or upon shipment of the product.

After shipment:

We accept returns on account of manufacturing defects subject to approval by the Returns Team. This includes free collection of the defective merchandise. T’s & C’s apply.

We accept returns on account of transit damages subject to approval by the Returns Team. This includes free collection of the merchandise. T’s & C’s apply.

All returns must be logged within 2 working days

We would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and upload relevant photographs to hello@tiyakereninteriors.co.uk. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed or identify any recurring product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being arranged.

 

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within theccancellation period. To cancel, contact us by email at hello@tiyakereninteriors.co.uk. 

 

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Interior design services;

Courses

Due to the digital and intangible nature of the products.

Refund for Products

We will provide the refund without undue delay and no later than the earlier of 21days after we receive back from you any goods supplied or 21 days after you provide proof that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the refund.

 

Refunds for Services

Services and courses are non refundable due to the digital and intangible nature of the Products.
