Following your questionnaire, you’ll receive a clear and concise design agreement outlining how we’ll work together. Once confirmed, your place in our schedule is secured and your design journey begins.

Design Presentations

Your design is developed and shared across one onboarding call and two virtual presentations.

We walk you through each stage of the design process in a clear and considered format, from layouts to selections, refining the design through your feedback to create a space that feels authentic, aligned with your vision and really worth the wait.

Implementation & Beyond

You’ll receive access to curated purchasing links for all furniture, fixtures and equipment, detailed schedules, and a private client portal with ongoing updates.

Strong systems are in place to support a smooth interior design process, allowing you to spend your time living while we take care of the details.

Your Investment & Commitment

First Investment
Your initial investment is required alongside the design agreement. This secures your project, reserves our resources, and confirms dedicated time set aside exclusively for you.

Final Investment
The remaining balance is confirmed once product procurement is complete and following our second design presentation, where the design is complete.

Hello, I’m Tiya Mdebwe.

For me, every design journey begins with a simple question. How do you want your space to feel?

Before thinking about furniture, colours or materials, I take time to understand the people who will experience the space. How they live, how they work, how they gather and what they want their environment to support. From there, we begin shaping an interior that feels personal, refined and quietly luxurious.

I often say that a beautifully designed space should give something back to the people who experience it. I call this Return on Interiors. When a space is created with care and intention, it does more than look elegant. It brings a sense of calm, helps people think clearly, supports productivity and creates places where people feel comfortable connecting with one another.

I have always been drawn to interiors that feel elevated and beautifully open. Spaces where the eye naturally lifts upward and the room feels balanced and expansive. I especially love working with height and vertical elegance. Even when a building does not begin with soaring ceilings, thoughtful design can enhance the perception of height through proportion, light, architectural detailing and carefully chosen furnishings. The result is a space that feels taller, lighter and quietly luxurious.

My perspective has been shaped by living across Malawi, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. Experiencing different cultures and ways of living has given me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, beautiful materials and interiors that feel warm, authentic and designed to last.

Today I design bespoke interiors across private residential, commercial and hospitality spaces.

To make the most of your session, feel free to gather any floor plans, photos, inspiration images, or questions you’d like to discuss. After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire via email to help me understand your space and what you desire better.

Do I have to implement the ideas myself?

Not at all. You’re welcome to handle the design on your own, or I can support you further through the full service if needed.
