  • Design Questionnaire

    Fill out a simple, easy questionnaire to tell us about your space, and we’ll guide you in transforming it into the space you desire.

  • Agreement

    Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll send you a design agreement with a few simple pages outline how we’ll work together.

  • Payment Link

    Once we receive the signed agreement, you’ll receive a payment link, and we’ll get started on designing your space.

  • First Presentation

    Once we receive your payment, you’ll receive a booking link to choose the perfect date and time for our first design run-through via Zoom.

  • Second Presentation

    After reviewing the first design boards with you and receiving your feedback, we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Then, you’ll receive a second booking link to schedule our final design presentation together via Zoom.

  • Beyond Design

    After our second meeting, you’ll have access to purchase links for all the items on your design boards, making the process simple and easy.

    You’ll also receive a brief survey to help us continuously improve our services. And feel free to stay in touch via social media or email – we’ll be really happy to see how you’ll be enjoying your new space.

FAQ's

How much does it cost?

There are two investments: one is the price for our design service, and the other is the amount you choose to invest in furnishing and decorating your space. The choice is yours, and we’re here to help guide you every step of the process.

How long does it take?

Our goal is to have your final designs ready within 8 weeks of starting the design process. Depending on the number of rooms you've requested, this could be shorter or longer.

Is the design fee refundable?

The design fee is non-refundable due to the creative and digital nature of the service.

I don't have time to design my space.

This is where we step in to take the stress off your shoulders, so you can relax and enjoy knowing your design will be completed digitally with care and attention by us.

Location?

E-design services are currently offered exclusively in the UK and US, with meetings held online at a time that suits you.
